Our fees are calculated on the time spent working on your matter. For our fee earner's charging rates see our Terms & Contitions. But as a very rough guide you can work on:
Divorce: about £1200 + vat and Court Fees.
Children matters: between about £400 + vat + Court Fees where mosts matters are agreed to over £2500 where a Court Hearing is required.
Financial Matters: (Ancillary Relief) this could be as cheap as £400 + vat and Court Fees to more than £2500 + vat + Court Fees where a Court Hearing is required. |
